Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Pressman to oversee our 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Komori presses, although this is not a strict requirement. This is a full-time position that occasionally requires overtime work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the press team during the 3rd shift.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality printing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the printing process.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a pressman, with Komori press experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
