Tucker Castleberry Printing has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales position. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and reaching out to potential customers in various vertical markets. This includes researching and identifying the right contacts in each company and using various communication methods such as email, letters, Linkedin (using Sales Navigator), and phone calls to make contact. You will also be responsible for creating and mailing out informational packets based on market research. Follow-up with prospects and working closely with the current sales force to turn prospects into customers will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and the sales team.
• Good listener to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
• Problem solver to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Patience and perseverance to navigate through sales cycles and build relationships with potential customers.
• Ambition and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Commercial printing experience to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
