We feel customer service is the most important aspect of a sales-driven company. When a customer calls, they want to talk to someone now, get an immediate answer and hang up feeling satisfied. It's a shame that the world we live in moves at mach speed, but at Tucker-Castleberry we understand that and deal with it daily.

Our front office is open from 6:00 a.m. until late in the evening so there is always someone around to help you.

All of our customer service reps and sales people have computers at home so they can log onto our server and e-mail system at any time. Customers can send information or request a quote late in the day and quite often have our reply the next morning. Our MIS is web-based so we can work up an estimate from any location as long as a computer with internet access is available. We are extremely fast; most quotes are turned around in less than 24 hours. Plus, jobs that are sent in today, usually have proofs tomorrow.

Customer service means exactly what it states: We are here to serve our customers.
