Quality
Quality speaks for itself. At Tucker-Castleberry, quality is not an issue; you'll get it on every job. It all starts in the prepress department where we have been computer-to-plate since 2000. In February of 2007, we added the Kodak Prinergy Workflow System. Our quality continues to new highs.
Along with our prepress department, we feel there are no better printing presses than our six-color MAN Rolands' plus, our oldest press is only eight years old. Our Rolands are linked through a Printnet Operating System, where we are able to preset the press and make-ready off-line. Once a job is ready to print, the pressman merely calls up the job number and the press is set and ready to go. Also, not only do they print exquisite solids, but they keep hickeys out with their unique delta dampening system. Job components are stored on our CCI station for reprints and similar runs. During press runs, this station also monitors color consistency.
While we are proud of our quality, not a day goes by that we aren't trying to improve it.
