To be recognized as one of the best in your industry is an exciting honor. Both customers and
employees take pride in working together to produce quality printing.
The Print Excellence Competition is the fourth largest state printing competition in the nation.
The competition attracted 1,487 entries from 81 printing companies in Georgia.
A panel of judges with extensive experience in printing and print production examined the
entries submitted. Each printed piece was judged on its own merit in categories with similar
printed pieces. The judging criteria included: registration, ink coverage, paper and ink selection,
design and typography, difficulty of printing, overall appearance and finishing.
One Best of Category (first place) was given for each category and only these winning entries
were eligible for the Top Gold awards given in the competition.
